  • Order confirmation is provided via email/WhatsApp after we verify design, quantity, payment, and specifications.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to incorrect information, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or inappropriate content (e.g., illegal or copyrighted materials).

4. Pricing & Payments

6. Production & Turnaround Time

  • Turnaround time may vary due to workload, machine availability, weather, or third-party delays.

  • We do not guarantee exact delivery dates unless explicitly agreed in writing.

7. Color & Print Quality Disclaimer

  • Printed colors may differ slightly from digital screens due to calibration, paper material, and printing process.

  • Minor variations in color, size, and finishing are considered normal in the printing industry.

  • These variations cannot be considered defects or grounds for refunds.

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • Minor color variations in printing
